Program Activities

• Training in Portland Ten’s getting-things-done/bootstrapping methodology
• Weekly check-in with staff to gauge progress on 90-day milestones
• Weekly group accountability to generate revenue or further validate market potential of concept
• Weekly founder’s groups
• Biweekly task-workshops
• Monthly founder’s book club
• Invitation to attend investor showcase, and present if desired
• Informal advising from Portland Ten staff and peer participants

Program Deliverables—tangible outcomes of the Portland Ten experience:

• Initial interview & evaluation: defined strengths/deficiencies in the entrepreneur’s skills, current team & project status, resources & tasks needed to carry out 90 day milestones.

• 90 day strategic plan with monthly & weekly milestones.

• Inclusion in monthly investor newsletter (opt in; sent to regional funding sources)

• 12 weekly meetings 1-on-1 with Portland Ten staff

• 12 weekly founder’s group meetings

• 3 startup books

• 1 GTD planner with 12 weeks of tasks/goals accomplished

Program Timeline

Candidates interviewed: February 9-15
All candidates selected by: February 16
Participants evaluated for 90-day milestones: February 16-22
12 week session: February 23- May 15

Program Costs

Program tuition: $500/month ($1,500 total, $100 discount if paid in full up front)
Co-working membership: optional, desks available starting at $175/month
